| | Usage of Raw Material The use of high quality raw materials for manufacturing our products makes us one of the market leaders for serving the Indian society along with their universal acceptability. Each and every food product is hygienically processed, cleaned & packed. We avoid the use of chemicals and the freshness of each item is retained till it is consumed. Process The pulses have to firstly grinded so that it becomes edible flour. Adding some quantity of fresh water, Iodized salt, Black pepper, Asafoetida (with a very small quantity) are mixed together for some time to make dough. The dough should be very tight and not too much wet. As the dough is prepared, the Papad can be seasoned with a variety of different ingredients such as Chilies, Cumin, Garlic, Black pepper or other spices. With the use of leavening agents and edible oil, the dough is to be separated into small balls and further rolled out by cylindrical thick wooden stick (Belan) using edible oil. After the rolling process, the Papad is put for drying in direct sunlight to be consumed post frying or roasting.
